To require the United States Postal Service to convey certain real property containing a post-office building in Jackson, Michigan, to the City of Jackson, Michigan.

Directs the U.S. Postal Service to convey a parcel of real property, including the post-office building, that is located at 200 South Otsego Street in Jackson, Michigan, to the City of Jackson in exchange for a specified amount derived taking into consideration that a portion of such property has been designated as a historical site under Michigan State law.
