A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the Secretary of the Interior should the establishment of a memorial to Thomas Paine on the National Park Service property in Constitution Gardens within the 1700 block of Constitution Avenue, N.W., in the District of Columbia, and that the memorial should specifically include the structure known as the "Canal House".
