To amend chapter 71 of title 5, United States Code, to establish certain limitations relating to the use of official time by Federal employees, and for other purposes.
Workplace Integrity Act - Amends Federal law to: (1) limit the amount of official time which may be used by Federal employees in connection with a grievance procedure; and (2) prohibit the use of official time by Federal employees in connection with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement.
Directs the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to submit to the President and each House of the Congress, before March 1 of each calendar year, a specified report on the use of official time under this Act. Requires that agencies shall submit to OPM such data as OPM may by regulation require in connection with any such report.
