Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, to make the cancellation of removal (deportation or exclusion) provisions inapplicable to certain permanent resident aliens who have been convicted of an aggravated felony or felonies and sentenced to at least five years' aggregate imprisonment. (Current law makes such cancellation inapplicable to certain permanent resident aliens convicted of an aggravated felony).
