Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should: (1) observe and commemorate the loss of life and property which took place during the anti-Greek pogrom in Turkey on September 6-7, 1955; (2) proclaim September 6, 1995, as a day of remembrance for the victims of those attacks; and (3) urge all Americans to honor the victims in the appropriate manner.
