Requires a National Conference on Aging to be conducted by a joint commission appointed by the Congress to bring together representatives of Federal, State, and local governments, individuals involved in the field of aging, and representatives of the general public to: (1) identify the problems of older individuals; (2) develop recommendations for the coordination of Federal policy with State and local needs; and (3) develop specific and comprehensive recommendations for maintaining and improving the well-being of older individuals.
Authorizes appropriations.
