Chesapeake Bay Medical Waste Control Act - Prohibits dumping, discharge, disposal, or transport for such purposes of medical waste into the waters or along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Imposes penalties for violations.
Requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to promulgate regulations governing the generation, transportation, and storage of medical waste in the Chesapeake Bay States and to review the adequacy of medical waste treatment and disposal methods.
Directs the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere to conduct a monitoring and research program under the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 to protect human health and the environment from the adverse effects of medical waste found in and along the Bay.
Requires the issuance to all waste generators of guidance on methods to reduce medical waste in the Bay.
