Federal Employees Dental Benefits Act of 1987 - Directs the Office of Personnel Management to contract for the following dental benefits plans: (1) direct reimbursement; (2) service benefit; (3) indemnity benefit; (4) employee organization; and (5) health maintenance organization. Requires benefit plans to include diagnostic services, preventive care, emergency dental care service, fillings, and simple extractions.
Establishes an Employees Dental Benefits Fund for the contributions of employees, annuitants, and the Government.
Authorizes appropriations. Requires the Office of Personnel Management to report annually to the Congress concerning the operation of this Act.
